SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A proposed invoice within the South Dakota Home of Representatives would enable College of South Dakota Legislation College graduates to follow legislation within the state with out passing the bar examination.
Home Invoice 1073, known as “an act to offer for diploma privilege for admittance to the follow of legislation,” is being launched by Rep. Mary Fitzgerald (R-Spearfish). Fitzgerald, who’s married to the Lawrence County States Legal professional, instructed a Yankton radio station she believes South Dakota’s bar examination is likely one of the hardest within the nation.
