CONCORD, CA — The Harmony Metropolis Council on Tuesday permitted a hashish storefront retail operation planning to maneuver into the Park & Store middle.
Santa Barbara-based Coastal Retail desires to be up and operating at 1847 Willow Go Highway by August. It could be the third retail hashish storefront operation in Harmony.
