If accepted by the council, the dispensary, which shall be often called Bridge Metropolis Collective, would be the second allowed to function on Higgins Highway in Park Ridge. One other dispensary, Ivy Corridor, acquired ultimate approval from the Metropolis Council on Feb. 7 to open a couple of half-mile to the west at 1036 W. Higgins Highway.
