Police have been known as to the scene on Fort Road following a report of a dysfunction incident round 1.45am, a police spokesperson instructed 1News.
A firearm had reportedly been discharged throughout the altercation.
Three individuals have since been transported to hospital, with two in a critical situation and one in a reasonable situation.

An 18-year-old man was arrested following the incident.
He is because of seem in Auckland District Courtroom on Saturday charged with wounding with intent to trigger grievous bodily hurt.
